REDEMPTION PRICE OF MINORITY SHARES IN SYSOPEN DIGIA INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD (FORMER SENTERA PLC) 3.20 EUROS PER SHARE

The arbitral tribunal appointed by the Redemption Committee of the Central
Chamber of Commerce has in its arbitration award rendered on April 30, 2007
confirmed that the fair price of the shares in SYSOPENDIGIA Plc's subsidiary
SysOpen Digia Industry and Trade Ltd (former Sentera Plc) referred to in
Chapter 14 Section 19 of the Finnish Companies Act (29.9.1978/734) i.e. the
redemption price, is 3.20 euros per share. 

The arbitral tribunal has confirmed in the arbitration award that the interest
to be paid on the redemption price is an annual interest of 6.0 per cent from
September 26, 2006 until the redemption price has been finally determined. 

According to the arbitration award the redemption price and the interest
confirmed to be paid on it shall be paid to each minority shareholder, at the
latest, within one month from the date on which the arbitration award has
become final with respect to each minority shareholder. According to the
arbitration award a party dissatisfied with the arbitration award shall have
the right to refer the matter to a court of law by bringing an action against
the other party in the District Court of Helsinki. According to Chapter 16
Section 5 Subsection 5 of the Finnish Companies Act (29.9.1978/734) the action
shall be brought within two months from the date when the party received a copy
of the arbitration award. If an action is not brought within the set time
limit, the arbitration award becomes final.
