ORGANISATION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT WULFF-GROUP PLC                       

In an organisation meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Wulff-Group Plc
unanimously appointed Ari Lahti as Chairman of the Board.                       

On the basis of an assessment performed by the Board, four of the members are   
independent of the company and its major shareholders. These members are Ari    
Lahti, Ere Kariola, Pentti Rantanen and Sakari Ropponen. Two of the members,    
Wulff's CEO Heikki Vienola and Vice President Ari Pikkarainen, work in the      
company.
