Re Decision of AB Lietuvos Dujos Board of Directors

In its meeting of 20 April 2011 the Board of Directors of AB Lietuvos Dujos
adopted the following decision: 

To elect Dr. Peter Frankenberg as Chairman of the Board of Directors; to elect
Dr. Valery Golubev as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.
