INFORMATION REGARDING A CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP

Aldata Solution Oyj has today received the following notification in
accordance with the Chapter 2, Section 9 of Securities Markets Act:

'Sauna Tenderco 1 SAS (the"Offeror") has on 29 June 2007 launched its
offer for  all  the  shares  and  warrants  in  Aldata  Solution  Oyj
(the"Company") and has published the related Tender Offer Document.

As a  part of  the Offer,  the holding  of 20,089,125  shares in  the
Company held by Symphony Technology  II-A, L.P., will be  transferred
to the Offeror as  explained in the  Tender Offer Document.  Together
with the above holding and the acceptances received under the  Offer,
the Offeror holds  (subject to the  Offer becoming unconditional  and
the shareholders' withdrawal rights under the Offer) on 10 July  2007
20,684,883 shares representing 30,16 % of the total number of  shares
and voting rights in the Company.

Under Chapter 2, Section  9 of the Securities  Market Act, we  hereby
notify the Company  and the  Financial Supervision  Authority of  the
following:

2.      Date of change in holding

10 July 2007

3.        Exact proportion  of the  shares and voting  rights of  the
Company

Subject to  the  Offer  becoming unconditional  and  there  being  no
withdrawals, Sauna  Tenderco  SAS 1  holding  in the  Company  is  as
follows:
