CORRECTION: Announcement of share buy-in

Emitter: AB Lietuvos Elektrine, address of headquarters Elektrines St. 21,
Elektrenai, company code 110870933. 

AB Lietuvos elektrine received the applications from some shareholders to the
main shareholder to buy up the shares of AB Lietuvos elektrine held by the
shareholders according to the procedure laid down in the Article 37 of Law of
Securities. The trade price of shares requested by shareholders and concerted
with the Securities Commission is LTL 7.39. 

The Lithuanian state, represented by the Republic of Lithuania Ministry of the
Economy, which is AB Lietuvos Elektrinė shareholder owning at least 95 percent
of the capital granting the voting right and at least 95 percent of all votes
at the emitter's general shareholders' meeting, within 90 days of the date of
publication of this announcement, will have to buy-in AB Lietuvos Elektrinė
shares from the shareholder indicated in the announcement of share buy-in or
appeal against the proposed share price indicated in this notification.
