GRIGISKES AB exceeded forecasts for 2010. Unaudited results of year 2010.

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2011-02-28 19:38 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Over the year 2010
the consolidated turnover of Grigiskes AB Group, which consists of producing
companies Grigiskes AB, Baltwood UAB, Klaipedos kartonas AB and Mena Pak OAO,
outmeasured LTL 249,7 Mio (EUR 72,3 Mio). It is by LTL 19,7 Mio (EUR 5,7 Mio)
or 8,6 % above proclaimed forecasted turnover for 2010. 

Over the same period the turnover of Grigiskes AB outmeasured LTL 129,7 Mio
(EUR 37,6 Mio) and by LTL 3,2 Mio (EUR 0,9 Mio) or 2,5 % exceeded forecasted
turnover for 2010. 

Over the year 2010 the consolidated profit before taxes of Grigiskes AB Group
reached LTL 9,6 Mio (EUR 2,8 Mio) and was by LTL 2,0 Mio (EUR 0,6 Mio) or 26,3
% higher than it was forecasted. 

Group's consolidated profit before taxes increased compared with the published
forecasts due to higher than it was forecasted sales of the Group's companies
and less-than-expected between transactions and their impact on the Group's
financial results. 

Grigiskes AB earned a profit before taxes of LTL 1,6 Mio (EUR 0,5 Mio) as it
was forecasted for the year 2010.
