BASWARE CORP. STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE  January 27, 2010 at 17:25



Basware published earlier today the notice of the Annual General Meeting, to be
held on Thursday, February 18, 2010. The date by which the shareholder must
register in Basware Corporation's Register of Shareholders, held by Euroclear
Finland, was wrong. The correct date is Monday, February 8, 2010.

In order to attend in the Annual General Meeting, the shareholder must register
in Basware Corporation's Register of Shareholders.
