TRANSFER OF LISTING SEGMENT OF AFARAK GROUP PLC ON THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

On 16 April 2015 Afarak Group Plc ("Afarak" or the "Company") (LSE: AFRK,
NASDAQ: AFAGR) issued a shareholder circular in connection with the proposed
transfer of listing segment of its shares on the Main Market of the London Stock
Exchange to a Standard listing from the current Premium listing (the"Transfer"). At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 8 May 2015 the
requisite shareholder approval was given authorising the Transfer.

The United Kingdom Listing Authority has on 9 June 2015 given its approval to
effect the Transfer and the Transfer has now become effective.
