We provide Gubernija AB the intermediate not audited financial accountability
for the 6 months of the year 2010, interim report and confirmation of the
responsible persons. 

Non audided losses before income tax in the first half of 2010 was down by
91.85  per cent and amounted to LTL 235 473  (EUR 68 198) (LTL 2 886 201  (EUR
835 901) a year ago). 

Non audided losses for the period amounted to LTL 203 599  (EUR 58 966), while
a year ago it was LTL 2 740 321 (EUR 793 652), a decrease by 92.57  per cent.
