TietoEVRY: Ex-dividend

TietoEVRY Corporation        STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE        24 September 2021,
8.00 a.m. EEST

The Annual General Meeting held on 25 March 2021 decided on a total dividend
of EUR 1.32 per share to be paid in two instalments.

From today 24 September 2021, the shares in TietoEVRY (Nasdaq Helsinki: TIETO,
Nasdaq Stockholm: TIETOS, Oslo Børs: TIETO) will be traded excluding the right
to the second dividend instalment of EUR 0.66 per share.
