Regarding the findings of the inspection conducted by the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices

On 22 October, 2015, the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices
(hereby - the Commission) made a decision whereby it approved the routine
inspection report of AB Lietuvos Dujos of 16 October, 2015 and the conclusions
presented therein, and decided to assess the amount of unreasonably included
costs and eliminated revenues from regulated activities during the period from
2009-2013 (EUR 3,291 million) adjusting the distribution price cap of Lietuvos
Dujos for 2016 and 2017. 

AB Lietuvos Dujos will analyze and evaluate the validity of Commission's
decision on the inspection of the operational costs of AB Lietuvos Dujos and
the compliance with legislation.
