CHANGE IN ALDATA'S EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Aldata Solution Oyj's Chief Operating Officer Mr. René Homeyer has
decided to leave the Company by year-end 2007. He will continue
working for Aldata for a transition period until December 31st.
'I want to thank René for his contribution at Aldata and its
predecessors during the past twenty years. René has personally
contributed in creating this leading software company. I wish him all
