Sponda - Company Announcement

Sponda purchases a 20 hectare site from Moscow province


Finnish real estate investment company Sponda Plc has purchased a 20-hectars    
land site in the Moscow region for roughly EUR 6 million from Llc Bamo-Land. The
site has an endorsed zoning plan for the construction of an industrial park.    

Sponda plans to develop a roughly 75,000 m2 A-class logistics facility on the   
site in stages, starting in 2007.                                               

Sponda's land acquisition and project development consultant in the transaction 
is the Finnish company Fimera Oy ERMS.
