Chilla Capital SA is a company fully owned by Janne Larma, and Notalar Oy its
subsidiary. 



7 Details

Chilla Capital has acquired 480 000 shares on stock exchange trade executed
today. After the transaction the combined holdings of Janne Larma, Chilla
Capital SA and Notalar Oy in eQ Plc exceeds 15 % being currently 15,5 %. 



eQ Plc's share capital consists of 36 727 198  shares. Each share has one vote.
