Transaction of Own Shares 


Tórshavn, Faroe Islands, 2012-12-19 13:31 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- P/F Atlantic
Petroleum (OMX: FO-ATLA) today announces a transaction of own shares. P/F
Atlantic Petroleum has today transferred 183,014 shares at DKK 181.02 per share
to the former owners of Emergy Exploration AS. The transaction is completed in
conjunction with the acquisition of Emergy Exploration AS in November 2012.
