February 11, 2011

Tekla Corporation will announce its Financial Statements 2010 bulletin on
Friday, February 11, approx. at 9.00 a.m. Finnish time.

Tekla will organize an information meeting for analysts and media at WTC
Helsinki (meeting room 2), Aleksanterinkatu 17, the same day at 12 - 1 p.m.
Light lunch will be served. The meeting will be held in Finnish.
