AB Bank "FINASTA" - Notification on material event

New member of the Board

Bank "Finasta" informs, that Lithuanian Bank approved the candidacy of Andrej
Cyba for the position of the Board member. Andrej Cyba will hold the position
starting from 15th November 2011. Andrej Cyba is the fourth member of the bank
„Finasta“ board.
