AB Bank "FINASTA" - Notification on material event

AB bank "Finasta" issued bond emission

On 13 May 2011 AB bank Finasta finished the distribution of bonds issues
„Finasta S&P GSCI Agriculture® 1“ and „Finasta S&P GSCI Agriculture® 2“, both
of them linked with agricultural commodities prices‘ index and “ issued under
LTL 300m debt securities base prospectus. 

During distribution period (from 4 April 2011 untill 13 May 2011) 8220 bonds
„Finasta S&P GSCI Agriculture® 1“ units with nominal value of EUR 100 and 1780
bonds „Finasta S&P GSCI Agriculture® 2“ with nominal value of EUR 100 were
distributed. 

Bond effective date is 16 May 2011, redemption date is 23 May 2014.
