ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 7 JUNE 2012 AT 10.30am

Elisa has received the following notice in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9
of the Finnish Securities Market Act: 

The proportion of the total Elisa shares and voting rights held by mutual funds
under investment management of Capital Research and Management Company has
decreased below five per cent (1/20). 

 1.  Target Company: Elisa Corporation (ELI1V).

 2. Justification of the flagging announcement: Share sale on 31 May 2012

 3. Date of change in holdings: 31 May 2012

 4. Exact proportion of the voting rights and total number of shares in Elisa
after transaction:
