statements are drawn up in accordance with the International Financial
Reporting Standards. 

Consolidated unaudited performance results of AB Lietuvos energija group of
companies for 2011 Q1: 

  -- income - 325.8 mln. Litas (94.4 mln. euros), in 2010 Q1 - 229.2 mln. Litas
     (66.4 mln. euros);
  -- net profit - 32.4 mln. Litas (9.4 mln. euros), in 2010 Q1 - 23.7 mln. Litas
     (6.9 mln. euros) of profit;
  -- electricity export - 0.1 TWh, in 2010 over the same period - 0.07 TWh.
  -- electricity import - 0.289 TWh, in 2010 over the same period - 0.234 TWh.

The increase in income of AB Lietuvos energija group of companies as compared
against the same period of the last financial year resulted from accounting of
performance results of subsidiary company AB Lietuvos elektrinė. 

2011 Q1 performance results of AB Lietuvos elektrinė had a significant
influence on the increase in net profit of AB Lietuvos energija group of
companies. Lower fuel purchase costs, the decrease in other operational costs
of the Company group and higher income from Public Interest Services (PIS) in
the share of electricity produced positively affected the results of AB
Lietuvos elektrinė in the first quarter. 

2011 Q1 operational costs of AB Lietuvos energija, except the purchase of
electricity and related services, were 12 per cent lower.
