pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the 1st quarter of 2011 prepared
according to the International Financial Reporting Standards: 

  -- Sales for the 1st quarter of 2011 - LTL 565.3 million (EUR 163.7 million),
     for the 1st quarter of 2010 - LTL 684.9 million (EUR 198.4 million);
  -- Profit before tax for the 1st quarter of 2011 - LTL 70.2 million (EUR 20.3
     million), for the 1st quarter of 2010 - LTL 85.2 million (EUR 24.7
     million);
  -- Net profit for the 1st quarter of 2011 - LTL 59.0 million (EUR 17.1
     million), for the 1st quarter of 2010 - LTL 71.6 million (EUR 20.7
     million).
