Consti Group's financial reporting and Annual General Meeting 2016

Consti Group Plc will publish the Financial Statements Bulletin for the
financial year 2015 on Thursday 18 February 2016. 

The full financial statements for 2015 will be published in week 11, 2016.

The 2016 Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday 6 April 2016
in Helsinki. 

Consti will publish three Interim Reports in 2016:

The January-March Interim Report will be published on Thursday 12 May 2016.
 The January-June Interim Report will be published on Thursday 17 August 2016.
 The January-September Interim Report will be published on Thursday 10 November
2016. 

Prior to the Financial statements bulletin and each Interim report Consti
complies a silent period. During this period Consti does not comment on the
financial situation or future outlook of the Group and does not meet with
representatives of the capital markets or financial media.
