Permission from the Bank of Lithuania regarding reorganization of brokerage firm Finasta AB by way of merge with Šiaulių Bankas has been received

Šiauliai, Lithuania, 2015-12-07 15:24 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 

On 7 December 2015 Šiaulių Bankas received a resolution passed by the Director
of the Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania to approve the
reorganization of the public limited liability brokerage firm Finasta  by way
of merge with Šiaulių Bankas AB.
