Competition authorities grant approval for the sale of Lemminkäinen's concrete business

COMPETITION AUTHORITIES GRANT APPROVAL FOR THE SALE OF LEMMINKÄINEN'S CONCRETE
BUSINESS 

Today, the Finnish competition authorities granted their approval for the sale
of Lemminkäinen's concrete businesss to Rudus without conditions. Lemminkäinen
signed a share purchase agreement for all outstanding shares in Lemminkäinen
Rakennustuotteet Oy with Rudus on 3 July 2012. 

The transaction will be concluded at the turn of September and October.

Lemminkäinen announced the sale on 3 July 2012.
