PANOSTAJA STRENGTHENS ITS VALUE-ADDED LOGISTICS BUSINESS AREA WITH PURCHASE OF  
CLO PAKKAUKSET OY                                                               

Panostaja Oyj has today signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital 
of CLO Pakkaukset Oy, a provider of packaging and logistics services. The       
acquisition needs to be approved by the board of Panostaja Oyj, and the closing 
is expected by 23.10.2009. With this acquisition Panostaja Oyj further expands  
it's business area specializing in value-added logistics, part of which Vallog  
Oy, provider of logistics servives, is already part of.                         

CLO Pakkaukset Oy, established in 1994, is owned by Jouni Arolainen. The        
company's set of services include different types of packages and packaging,    
logistics and packaging design services. CLO Pakkaukset Oy is located in Jokela,
Finland. In the financial year 2008, company's net sales amounted to EUR 11,2   
Million and it has around 100 employees. Both Risto Rousku, CEO of Vallog Oy,   
and Jouni Arolainen, CEO of CLO Pakkaukset Oy, continue to work for the new     
combination and remain significant shareholders.
