Change in the holding of own shares

A total of 108,785 Comptel shares have been returned to Comptel Corporation
gratuitously, by virtue of the terms of the share-based incentive plans for
2009 and 2010. 

The current total number of own shares held by Comptel Corporation is 292,685,
the returned shares included.
