NOTICE OF OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Comptel Corporation Stock exchange release 22 December 2010 at 19.10 pm

Comptel Corporation has been notified today on 22 December 2010, in accordance
with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of changes in
the company's ownership. 

Elisa Corporation (business identity code 0116510-6) has sold through stock
trading its share ownership in Comptel Corporation to its 100% owned subsidiary
Saunalahti Group Oyj (business identity code 1064333-3). Following the
transaction, Elisa Corporation's direct ownership in Comptel Corporation has
decreased from 13.36% to below the 5% threshold, but the Group's ownership will
remain unchanged.
