The purchase or divestment of the shares or voting rights. The direct and
indirect holdings of shares and voting rights have decreased below the 5 per
cent flagging threshold. The decrease took place on September 11, 2013. The
aggregate holdings of Juha Sipilä and Fortel Invest Oy, a corporation controlled
by Sipilä, total to 6,444,761 shares in Elektrobit Corporation, corresponding to
4.97 per cent of the Elektrobit Corporation's shares and voting rights.
