Change in Pöyry PLC's Group Executive Committee

Andy Goodwin, President of the Asian operations, will leave Pöyry to pursue his
career elsewhere. Consequently, he will cease to be a member of the Group
Executive committee effective immediately."We want to thank Andy Goodwin for his 12-year contribution with Pöyry Group and
wish success in his next endeavors", says Heikki Malinen, President and CEO,
