RUUKKI GROUP MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Ruukki Group Plc ("Ruukki" or the "Company") (LSE: RKKI, OMX: RUG1V) announces
the resignation of Theuns de Bruyn, Chief Operating Officer, who is leaving to
pursue other business opportunities. The Board wishes him every success in his
future endeavours.

Stefano Bonati, Chief Commercial Officer will assume responsibility for the
Speciality Alloys business, namely the Turkish mining and beneficiation
operation TMS and the German processing plant, EWW, in addition to managing RCS,
the Company's in-house sales and marketing function. Dr Alistair Ruiters,
Executive Chairman of Ruukki South Africa, will continue to be responsible for
managing the FerroAlloys business.
