Gubernija AB - Notification on material event

Regarding cancellation of the notice about supplementing of the agenda of the ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the AB“Gubernija“

The notice announced on 20-04-2009 at 15:43:32 by EEST  Nasdaq OMX Vilnius
“Regarding supplementing of the agenda of the ordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders of the AB “Gubernija”” shall be cancelled and deemed invalid.  The
reasons of cancellation of the notice are the following. The application of the
shareholders Romualdas Dunauskas, Lina Dunauskaite and the UAB “Linos namai“ to
supplement the agenda of the ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which
was subject to holding on 30 April 2009, was received belatedly on 20 April
2009, when it was impossible to publish the notice about the change of the
agenda of the ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the AB “Gubernija” in
the daily specified in the Articles of Association of the AB “Gubernija” not
later than 10 days before the General Meeting, besides, the content of the
notice requested to be published by the shareholders Romualdas Dunauskas, Lina
Dunauskaitė and the  UAB “Linos namai“ was misleading, whereas the time and the
date of the General Meeting of the AB “Gubernija” specified in the notice -
12.00 on 30 April 2009 - was different from the time approved by the decision
of the Board of the AB “Gubernija” - 1.00 p.m., 30 April 2009.
