Tiimari Plc's new shares have been registered

TIIMARI PLC           Stock Exchange Release April 30, 2009, at 9.00            


TIIMARI PLC'S NEW SHARES HAVE BEEN REGISTERED                                   

The 5,175,535 new Tiimari shares subscribed in the directed issue undertaken    
April 23, 2009 have been entered in the Finnish Trade Register on April 30,     
2009. After this the number of Tiimari shares totals 16,674,755 and the share   
capital EUR 7,686,200.                                                          

The new shares were entered into the book-entry system. The shares were entered 
into the book-entry accounts of the investors as temporary shares on April 29,  
2009 under the identification code (ISIN) FI0009016265. Application will be made
for admission of the new shares in the Company to listing  on the Nasdaq OMX    
Helsinki under the same identification code as the ordinary shares which is     
expected to be admitted on or about May 14, 2009.
