LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the intention to sign long-term loan agreement

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-03-13 08:03 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AB LESTO intends
to sign long-term loan agreement with AB SEB bank until 31 March, 2013
according to which LESTO AB will be granted a loan of 75.3 million EUR. The
loan will be used for outstanding loans refinancing and investment program
financing.
