Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the modification of energy operating licence

Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB (hereinafter – the Company), identification
code 304151376, registered office placed at Aguonu str. 24, Vilnius, Republic
of Lithuania. The total number of registered ordinary shares issued by company
is 894 630 333; ISIN code LT0000130023. 

National Commission for Energy Control and Prices has approved the modification
on Company’s Energy operating licence No L2-GDS-09 by expanding the teritory of
regulated activity with the new teritory, i.e Druskininkai municipality, except
Intergas UAB operating teritory. 

The mentioned approval shall entitle the Company to ensure the provision of
natural gas distribution services in Druskininkai municipality from 1st
November, 2016. 

Information shall be provided on the website of the Company http://www.eso.lt
from the date of this notice as well as on the premises of The Company (Aguonų
str. 24, Vilnius) during working hours (7.30–11.30 a.m. and 12.15–4.30 p.m.;
7.30–11.30 a.m. and 12.15–3.15 p.m. on Fridays).
