Panevezio Statybos Trestas AB - Interim information

Unaudited performance results for nine months of 2011

Referring to the unaudited data, during nine months of this year the Group of
Panevėžio statybos trestas AB (PST) was on the income of 198.8 mln. Litas (57.9
mln. EUR), that is by 35.6 percents more than last year and made before tax
profit amounting 2 mln. Litas (0.6 mln. EUR). Last year before tax profit
amounted 23.2 mln. Litas. During nine months of the year the company was on the
income of 153.1 mln. Litas (44.3 mln. EUR) and made before tax profit in the
amount of 2.1 mln. Litas (0.62 mln. EUR). 

Performance of PST company was profitable during the third quarter of 2011:
before tax profit amounted 2.7 mln. Litas and thus covered the loss of the
first half. 

The real estate development company of the Group, PST investicijos UAB, has
started the real estate development project of Ulonai Business Centre at Verkių
Str. 25C in Vilnius.
