Lietuvos Dujos AB - Notification on material event

New Natural Gas Tariffs

On November 19, 2010 (Minutes No 7), the Board of Directors of AB Lietuvos
dujos approved natural gas transmission and distribution services tariffs and
natural gas tariffs for household consumers that will come into effect from
January 1, 2011. These tariffs were presented for verification to the National
Control Commission for Prices and Energy.
