rights. The threshold of 30% was crossed. The reason of threshold – acquisition
of voting rights during public offering of the issuer shares. 

The notification (attached) from Irena Ona Miseikiene on disposal of voting
rights. The threshold of 20% was crossed. The reason of threshold – disposal of
voting rights due to increase of share capital during public offering of the
issuer shares. 

The notification (attached) from Lucrum Investicija, UAB on disposal of voting
rights. The threshold of 10% was crossed. The reason of threshold – disposal of
voting rights due to increase of share capital during public offering of the
issuer shares.
