ORGANIZING FOR GROWTH -ALDATA MAKES CHANGES TO MANAGEMENT TEAM
 
Aldata Solution Oyj announces changes to its Corporate Management
Team (CMT) and Management Council (MC) effective today 22nd April
2008.
 
Bertrand Sciard, President and CEO of Aldata explains: "As part of
our growth strategy in 2008 we are making some changes to our
Corporate Management Team and Management Council. These changes will
focus dedicated executive management resources on three critical
areas for our business growth, M&A activity, regional development,
and global financial management and governance."
 
Within the CMT Aïssa Azzouzi joins as our new Chief Financial
Officer. Thomas Hoyer takes on the position of SVP Mergers &
Acquisitions. Dominique Chambas takes on a new role as SVP South
Europe, Middle East and Africa. Patrick Buellet and Allan Davies
continue in their respective roles as Chief Technology Officer and
Chief Marketing Officer.
 
Within the MC Albert Cherbit takes on the new role of VP Northern
Europe and North America. Graham Howell joins as VP Group Financial
Controller.
 
Bertrand Sciard adds: "I would like to personally welcome Aïssa
Azzouzi to Aldata. Aïssa is an experienced CFO with a wealth of
experience in global software and services companies including
Linedata, Assystem and SEMA. I also want to thank Thomas Hoyer for
accepting the new M&A focused role, an area in which he has great
experience and that is critical to our next stage of growth.
Dominique Chambas will now share the task of managing our regional
operations with Albert Cherbit. They will both utilize their depth of
experience in our business to help local management grow their
operations profitably. Graham Howell will assist CMT and MC members
in their roles with best in class business process management gained
from his previous experience at Lawson Software, Infor and Geac."
