SRV Group Plc's Board of Directors held its organisational meeting on 14 March
2012. Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo was elected as vice chairman of the Board. 

Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo was elected as chairman and Timo Kokkila and Minna Alitalo
as members of the Audit Committee. 

Ilpo Kokkila was elected as chairman and Arto Hiltunen and Ilkka Salonen as
members of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
