Siauliu Bankas - Notification on material event

Permission from the Bank of Lithuania regarding reorganization of bank Finasta by way of merge with Šiaulių Bankas has been received

Šiauliai, Lithuania, 2015-12-01 15:07 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 

          On 1 December 2015 Šiaulių Bankas received a notification from the
Bank of Lithuania stating that the Board of the Bank of Lithuania passed a
resolution dated 30 November 2015 to grant permission to reorganize the bank
Finasta AB by way of merge with Šiaulių Bankas AB.
