Hostex will be more closely integrated into the activities of BDC, M.Špokas will take the position of Director of Hostex

UAB Hostex, one of the largest data centre companies in Lithuania, that belongs
to TEO LT, AB Group, will be more closely integrated into the activities of UAB
Baltic Data Center (BDC), its parent company, and starting from the 17th of
June Martynas Špokas, who currently is Sales Unit Director at BDC, will take
the position of Director of UAB Hostex. Pranas Slušnys, former Director of UAB
Hostex, has decided to withdraw from TEO Group. 

According to Aleksandr Samuchov, Director of BDC, since the very acquisition of
Hostex in 2010, companies operating in a similar field have been jointly
developing services for customers and technological infrastructure. "Already in
the nearest future, we are going to focus even more on the overall business
development of the export of the companies' services, management of
technological risks, and the aims to attract the most talented technology
professionals", - A.Samuchov said. 

Despite the closer integration of their activities, BDC and Hostex will remain
separate legal entities. "I would like to thank Pranas Slušnys, who has been successfully leading the
business of Hostex for many years and who has achieved excellent performance
results and has also begun the integration of the activities of Hostex into BDC
Group", - A.Samuchov said. 

According to him, M.Špokas is a highly experienced technology specialist, who
has successfully built and developed a flexible and customer-oriented business
enterprise. 

Until September 2012, M.Špokas was Sales Manager at Infospalvos, a
telecommunications solutions company, and started his career eight years ago as
IT Administrator. Twenty-seven-year old Director is a graduate of bachelor
studies in informatics of the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and a
graduate of the International Executive MBA program at the Baltic Management
Institute. 

Hostex is one of the leading providers of data centers and virtual resources -
