NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDING UNDER CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE      
FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT                                                   

Following the share issue Honkarakenne Oyj has received information to the      
effect that the holding of Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company (Business ID: 
0533297-9) in Honkarakenne Oyj will be under 5% of the company's share capital. 

Due to over-subscription of the share issue, the Board of Honkarakenne decided  
on the share allocation on 26 January 2010. In line with the previously         
published subscription commitments, 222,812 shares were allocated to Varma      
Mutual Pension Insurance Company. After the shares have been registered in the  
Trade Register, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance will have 4.5% of share capital  
and 2.1% of total votes.
