Preliminary half-year result

According to preliminary data, unaudited net profit earned over the first
half-year of 2008 by SEB Bank is LTL 255.5 million and by SEB Bank Group is LTL
225.6 million. The profit has been calculated in accordance with requirements
of legal acts of the Bank of Lithuania and other legal acts of the Republic of
Lithuania. Audited net profit over the first half-year of 2007 earned by the
bank was LTL 220.4 million and by the group - LTL 199.1 million.
