IXONOS: NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDINGS UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

IXONOS: NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDINGS UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECURITIES
MARKETS ACT 





Pursuant to the Finland's Securities Markets Act, Ixonos Plc has been informed
of the following transaction: 

Tremoko Oy Ab has notified that its owners, the main owners of Ixonos Turret Oy
Ab (29 586 244 shares)  and Holdix Oy Ab (19 421 844 shares) have transfered
the ownership of their Ixonos shares to Tremoko Oy Ab in a transaction
performed February 10th 2015. Holdix Oy Ab owns 35 per cents and Turret Oy Ab
owns 65 per cent of the shares of Tremoko Oy Ab. Holdix Oy Ab and Turret Oy Ab
exercise control over Tremoko Oy Ab together. 

Tremoko holds altogether 49 008 088 shares in Ixonos on 10 February 2015, which
is equivalent to approximately 46.01 per cent of the total amount of Ixonos's
shares and votes. Tremoko Oy Ab has also notified that it has acquired 96 670
000 shares of Ixonos Plc in a direct share issue. After registering the new
shares, approximately on February 11th 2015 Tremoko Oy Ab owns directly 145 678
088 shares and voting rights, which is 71,8 percent of the total shares and
votes. 

The terms of the direct share issue has been announced as stock exchange
release on February 10th 2015. 



On 10 February 2015, Ixonos' share capital consists of 106 313 536 shares and
votes. After registering the new shares Ixonos' share capital consists of 202
983 536 shares and votes.
