Regarding reduced authorized capital of Company’s subsidiary company AB “Anykščių vynas”

“ALITA” AB (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby informs that the Company's
portfolio of shares of subsidiary company AB “Anykščių vynas” has been reduced
as a result of having completed the procedure of reduction of the authorized
capital of AB “Anykščių vynas”. On 14 August 2012 the accounting records of
ordinary registered shares of the AB “Anykščių vynas” were adjusted and instead
of the previously registered issue of ordinary registered shares, the size of
which was 37,000,000  1 LTL nominal value registered shares, the issue of
20,000,000  1 LTL nominal value ordinary registered shares was registered, i.e.
17,000,000  1 LTL nominal value ordinary registered shares were annulled. 

 After reduction of authorized capital, the Company owns 18,980,045 (94.9%) 1
LTL nominal value ordinary registered shares of AB “Anykščių vynas”.
