In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation,
159,674 A-shares have been converted into 159,674 B-shares. The
conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 15 September
2009. After the conversion there are 47,967,359 A-shares and
103,290,469 B-shares in the company. The total number of shares is
151,257,828 and the total number of votes is 1,062,637,649.
