Bankas Snoras AB - Notification on material event

Concerning redemption of EUR 175 million Eurobonds emission

We hereby inform that the Public Limited Liability Company Bank SNORAS has
redeemed the Eurobonds (isin-XS0301140512) issued by the Bank in 2007. 

On 20 May 2010, AB Bank SNORAS transferred the entire sum of redemption and
coupon to the bond payment mediator CITI Bank London.
