NEOMARKKA'S SUBSIDIARY REKA CABLES' CO-DETERMINATION NEGOTIATIONS FINISHED      

Neomarkka Plc's subsidiary Reka Cables Ltd's co-determination negotiations that 
started on 6 April 2010, have been finished. The negotiations concerned all     
employees in the company's Finnish factories in Hyvinkää, Riihimäki and Keuruu  
and aimed at adjusting company's business to the weak market situation.         

The negotiations resulted to total of 15 dismissals by 15 June 2010 and to      
lay-offs longer that 90 days concerning 10 employees.
