Auction result treasury bills RIKV 11 0615 & RIKV 11 0915

Today at 11:00 the Government Debt Management auctioned Treasury bills in
series RIKV 11 
0615 and RIKV 11 0915.


The auction was structured as a single-price auction which means that all
accepted bids are 
offered to the bidders at the same price. The lowest accepted price (highest
yield) determines the 
selling price. Yield is calculated as a simple interest rate based on the
Actual/360 day rule. 


The main results of the auction were:


RIKV 11 0615:
Number of bids in the series was 17 amounting to ISK 8,441 million nominal
value. Bids were 
accepted for ISK 7,241 million nominal value at the price of 99.239 (simple
interest of 3.00%). 


RIKV 11 0915:
Number of bids in the series was 21 amounting to ISK 11,111 million nominal
value. Bids were 
accepted for ISK 9,061 million nominal value at the price of 98.440 (simple
interest of 3.10%).
