AFARAK GROUP PLC'S 2014 FINANCIAL REPORTING CALENDAR AND DATE OF THE ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING

Afarak Group Plc ("Afarak" or the "Company") (LSE: AFRK, OMX: AFAGR) is pleased
to announce its financial calendar for the year 2014. The Company will publish
its financial results on the following dates:

- Full Year 2013 Results on 14 February 2014
- Annual Report 2013 during week commencing 24 March 2014
- Report for three months ending 31 March on 8 May 2014
- Report for six months ending 30 June on 14 August 2014
- Report for nine months ending 30 September on 10 November 2014

The Company's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on 8 May 2014. A
separate notice of General Meeting will be published prior to the meeting in
2014.
